Rules of The Legion:

Rule 1- No asking to join The Legion, we ask you.

Rule 2- No one under Lt level is allowed to join unless you have proven to a member or the leader you have what it takes.

Rule 3- No attacking other Shinigami unless stated other wise.

Rule 4- You are to help, and protect all human's if you see they are in danger.

Rule 5- The Legion is run by three officers, you are not to question them.

Rule 6- We get our orders from either the leader of The Legion or the Captain Commander, we follow his orders without question.

Rule 7- Every member is to keep their gear well kept, and ready at all times.

Rule 8- All those in a company must follow the orders given to them by their Captain's.

Purpose of The Legion:
The Legion was created for four reasons. The first being to defend, and help the Shinigami in protecting soul society, and the souls that reside within it. The second is to face, and destroy all those who would try and destroy both the Soul Society, and the world of the living. Their main task is to be deployed to the front lines, as well as be inserted far into the enemy lines to destroy and remove any threats that are to dangerous for normal Shinigami to take on. The third is to keep the Arrancar army in check, and make sure to crush any military groups or armies that dare to put the human's and the shinigami in danger. The four and last reason is to maintain a strong and forceful watch on the Vizard race when there are reports of Vizard activity in a battle.

The Legion can also be used as a scouting and invading force much like the Marine First Force Recon due to their ability to adapt to any situation that may arise to show its face. They are considered a deadly force that are considered a powerful force when in numbers. The Primarchs duty is much like all others only they are tasked with being in command, and are usually Captains of Shinigami Divisions.

1) Having an organization doesn't make it a totally different squad. As such, you cannot compare the strength of a normal Captain to the strength of squad zero. Nor can your division be comprised of "super shinigami" that somehow stand above the rest...obviously they do if they are invited, but I mean like...a member of Legion can't stand a better chance against an enemy than someone of the same power and rank.

2) Following the previous statement, a Vizard with their mask on is still going to be able to overlap a Shinigami any day of the week because the mask augments their current prowess and abilities. So a Shikai release Vizard with no mask and a Shikai release Shinigami are on the same level. Add in the mask, and the Vizard gains the upper hand.

3) Nobody knows where the Vizards are save Shin and he doesn't even know an exact location. As such keeping an "eye" on them is impossible. Any technology or scouts used to spy on them are dismantled or killed depending on if they are machines or people.

1) Well orginally the Shinigami themselves are the same as they once were, same power level and everything, the only things that change is the feeling from the rest. Its not that their power increase rather it stays the same. The gear is what makes and increases the Shinigami's power. They still remain in the same division and or squads, just when the time calls for it they will be asked to join the Legion in taking the hard jobs.

2)And of course, and at the same time not really a Vizard's mask and power is depedent on whether or not the person has the power or strength to handle it;which all those who are Vizards now have. They can't stand up to them as they normally are, and as I said in point one its the armour that helps them out.

3) I'll edit that part out, and just keep it as rather watch out for any Vizards in battles. SINCE they should know about them.

Anyways either way took, and fixed all that was needed.
