This is just a quick Q&A section for those of you who are wondering the extent of the 2nd Division / Onmitsukido abilities. If a question you have is not here feel free to PM the staff the question.
Q: Do all members know the current techniques (Utsusemi, and Senka) that are known of the Onmitsukido?
A: Yes. However, there are limitations:
Utsusemi: Captains may leave at least 3 images behind, Lieutenants may leave 2, everyone else can leave at least one.
NOTE: Utsusemi can be increased by spending points. Captain limit is 5, Lt. limit is 3, Officer limit is 2.
Q: Can the Onmitsukido create clones?
A: Yes, these clones are different from Utsusemi though because they do not act as a physical thing like the ones in Utsusemi. These clones DO mimic movements though. (meaning if you move left, they will too)
Captains can make 15, Lieutenants can make 10, seated officers can make 5.
*NOTE: Can be increased if paid for. Captain limit is 20, Lt. limit is 15, Officers limit is 10.
Q: Can the 2nd Division use Shunko?

Q: If you leave the 2nd Division to be a Vizard or be in another division, do you still know your techniques of the Onmitsukido?
A: Yes. All rulings still apply.
Q: If you leave the 2nd Division for any of the above reasons, can you still upgrade the abilities?
A: No. You may only increase your Onmitsukido abilities, within the Onmitsukido.
