    This message is to state what the topic does. Bleach Broken Chains is officially OPEN. I would like to thank our wonderful staff who put in A LOT of time and effort into this site and how it is going to go. I hope everyone has a pleasant experience here.

    And so with this message I am pleased to, once again, announce that Bleach Broken Chains (BBC) is OPEN!!!
