Fraccion v Sotaicho

Shin created a wall of reaitsu behind him. "Ro-zu bomu" Waving his new sword, Shin created a wave of black roses the dive towards Valintine. He would wait until they were within a few inches before saying the detonation word. Shortly after the wave Shin used a douple shunpo, exept this time, it was faster than before thanks to his muscles being so relaxed. Appearing behind Valintine, he sliced downwards towards at Valintine. Block or dodge Valintine was in a little pickle. Shin watched as the roses came closer. Now. "Death to all those who resist. The roses started to shine, and exploded when they were in range to both Valintine and Shin.

Valintine had to think quickly. His enemy launched an attack and then vanished behind him. What was his course of action. [i]"What do I know so far? Illusions are his thing. Is this one? Not likely. Could it be? Yes. Risk it? No. Not worth it. If it is, I can suffer a single hit. His illusions distort, not create. So what? A normal attack? likely. But what does it do? These are steams? Yes. Not petals? No. Different attack. Enemy location? Behind me. What to do? Switch. Execute now? Yes." Valintine was unaware that Shin was brining his sword down. But when he spun to the right and saw it his body reacted before his mind did. He jumped to the left so he was behind Shin. The he let loose three bolts of lightning. One to Shin's left, one to the right, and one behind him. These bolts were as close to Shin as he could get without touching him. Without Valintine to take the blow Shin would probably take some damage but due to his distance from it, not a lot most likely. The lightning was to try and force Shin into the explosion itself.

Right before the three bolts of lightning could hit him, Shin shunpo'd out of harms way and appeared right behind both explosions. Once again his reaitsu had changed. It was no longer black or white, but now grey. His sword showed that change. Now both the blade and rose handle were white and black. Shin had summoned his true shikai without a second thought. His opponent at the moment wasn't worth it, but Shin wanted to end this quickly, so that he could go back to Soul Society and relax for one night. "Its time you saw the true meaning of fear." Shin started a series of multiple double shunpo's, circling Valintine at a remarkable pace, almost too fast for a normal eye to follow, while swinging the sword from multiple angles whle during the double shunpo's.

Valintine showed no facial expression when Shin showed this new form. Even when he spoke of fear no expression showed. Valintine's mind was empty. It was a void. Nothing was left but a scar of what used to be called his persona. Valintine was a shell, a shell that held the ability to die. Valintine felt his death in this man. To thank him for showing him such power, he would show this man just how tough Fraccions could be. When the shunpo happened, Valintine was more than ready. He stood there, and as the slashes combated with his hierro Valintine's reiatsu flared higher and higher. It started with bruises, but as the onslaught continued, bruises became cuts. The cuts starts small and got bigger. Valintine had to do this. He was searching for an opening. There. Between each slice there was a second pause before the next blade came out. His arms, back, and chest were taking a beating. He had to time this perfectly. As soon as the blade touched his left arm he readied his legs. As it started to pull away, he used sonido and moved down and out the deadly circle. His torso was bloodied and beaten. He panted a bit, but refused to show an ability to yield. He looked at Shin with defiant eyes.

Shin stopped the on slaught of shunpo's and slashes when Valintine sonido'd out of the circle. Not bad for a little guy. Lets see what he could do once his seal was released. "Let me show you something Valintine." Placing his sword in his left hand, Shin used his right hand to pull back the right chest part of his robes. Adding some reaitsu to his right breast, a tattoo of a Chrysanthemums flower appeared. "This is a power seal. All members of the soul Society who are ranked Lt or higher are given one of these when they enter the human world. The flower that appears correspondes to the division they are in. Mine is of a Chrysanthemums flower. This flower represents the first division." The flower crest started to glow. "Release." The crest pulsed as it disappeared, increasing his power from 20% to 100%. The pressure of his reaitsu sky rocketed. It was now at its true level. That of the Captain Commander of the Soul Society. "Let me reintroduce myself." Shin let go of his robe. "My name is Shin Yamashina. Captain Commander of the Soul Society." Shin started to slowly walk towards Valintine, while moving his sword back to his right hand, and sliding his left hand over the blade "Hado #11 Tsuzuri Raiden" An electrical current starts to flow through the blade.

Arrancars were powerful creatures. Being composed of, primarily, Hollow reiatsu with a dash of Shinigami reiatsu. It was a combination that allowed Arrancar to more effectively use their reiatsu. While a Shinigami or normal Hollow's reiatsu is produced by a "one way street" Arrancar and Vizard reiatsu incorporates both methods. This allows them to have a dual reiatsu as well as be stronger than your average Hollow or Shinigami. Shin was not your average Shinigami though apparently. Not only was this man full of surprises, but he managed to make it to Sotaicho level. Valintine was assured a death now, it was only a matter of time. Before he died, he should show Shin his blade. People always found Valintine's blade odd. He reached over to his left hip and drew his wing blade. As it moved from the sheath, feathers fell from the jian composed of feathers. He swung it in a circle comfortably in his hand, and as it moved more feathers fell. He looked at Shin and held the blade at his side.

Valintine was going to die. If he was going to die he would go out with a bang. The fuse had been lit and he was set to blow. Allowing his reiatsu to flow freely. He was done playing the passive player. He allowed his reiatsu to go full force and used sonido. He slowed his sonido to only half the speed as he passed Shin. When he was in front of Shin, he launched three attacks. Each of them stabs to his chest. One three inches away from his heart, one two inches above his stomach and one two inches above his stomach and two inches to the right, from Valintine's point of view, of the second stab. Regardless of blocking or dodging, should his sonido be traceable, he ended twenty feet behind Shin, facing the Shinigami.

Shin quickly blocked all three attacks to points that were almost vital. When he connected with Valintine's blade, a current of electricty flowed from his blade to Valintine's. Shin didn't leave the spot he was attacked in when Valintine sonido'd behind him. "Lets finish this." Shin turns around, and has a small smile on his face, knowing that this fight was soon about to end. Not many opponents lived after facing him, and Valintine would be one of the many that died after conflict. "Bankai." The sword in Shin's right hand glowed, blinding Valintine. When the light died one could see that a bone scythe has resting in Shin's right hand, while a pure white sword was held in his left. "Kaben Kuro-n" Ten columns of black petals surrounded Valintine. Slowly they started to take the shape of Shin. "Rest in peace" All nine Shin's used double shunpo and appeared all around Valintine in a tight circle in a flash, with both weapons coming from different angles making it hard to dodge all of the attacks.

Valintine felt felt the shock and to counter the numbness let off his own lightning bolt into nothingness. Bankai? Finally, Valintine could drop this damned act. As Shin activated his technique, Valintine activated his own next form. He held his sword in front of his body. "Aumento..." As he whispered the word his reiatsu flared up far past what it originally was. This stopped the attack of Shin dead in it's tracks. He released the sword and held his hands out at his sides. The sword spun in a single circle that left behind feathers that didn't fall. "El Rey del Cielo!" Wind appeared and spun around him destroying anything around him and picking up various debris. Lightning struck out from this wind as at the bottom of the tornado an emerald light broke through. This light rose up to the center of the tornado becoming the eye. Valintine felt his body's wounds heal up instantly, and his energy return to him.

His sword split into feathers that surrounded him. They flew to the back of him and became a pair of large wings. The wings folded around his body. He spread his wings and the tornado blew away. His clothing had changed as well. He had a black sash that wraps around his wrist, elbow, behind his neck, and mirrors the previously mentioned locations on his other side. There is a good two feet of sash before and after his wrist. His lower legs are covered all by sashes of black and white. Part of his mask reformed as well. A visor forms over his eyes. The eye-hole of the visor is a thin opening that reaches from one eye to the other. It is thin and colored emerald green, like his reiatsu. The visor reaches to his ears, and covers the top of his nose. His hair extends to his shoulders as well, and seems to get lighter.

He looked down at Shin and uttered two words. "La Tormenta..." Wind picked up around Valintine's body. "Primera etapa..." The wind clung to his skin and wings. He held out his left hand and loosed a body sized bolt of wind. It moved at incredibly high speed, on top of that he made a single motion with his right hand to launch a wind tentacle at Shin. It charged at him with deadly intent.

Three of the eight clones disappeared when Valintine summoned his ressurection. The others managed to stay in tack by sher luck. Seeing Valintine launch two attacks on him, Shin silently commaned the remaining clones to protect him. The remaining five clones rushed towards Shin, intercepting the double attack. Shin watched as the remaining clones were barely destroyed from Valintine's attack. "That was close" Shin stared up at Valintine. "Time to show you the real king of the skies." Reaching over with his left hand, Shin snaps the last bone on the scythe, before pulling off the little round ball at the end of his sword. "I'm going to get a major headache after this is done." Biting on the bone, Shin finishes it in two bites, before breathing in the fumes from the ball. Shaking his head, Shin looks back up at Valintine with the expression in his eyes changed. Seconds later a ripping sound can be heard as a pair of wings; one black and one white; rip though both his robes and haori. Stretching his wings, Shin lightly flaps them, before gicing one hard flap that lifts him up in the air. Turning the scythe into a whip with a six inch blade. With a flick of his right wrist, the whip extendes towards, wrapping around Valintine with the blade piercing his right side. Pulling Valitine in Shin slashes downwards with his free left hand, bringing the sword down towards Valintine's chest.

Valintine snickered at this attack. Enhancing his hierro to prevent the first blade from sinking in father than it had, he widened his shield to extend a few feet outwards of him. The blade came out, and the second blade hit his shield and ran off to the side. Valintine used this close distance to fire another body-sized bolt and a tentacle of wind from the front of him. After firing Valintine launched two attacks. He jumped back and spoke one word as he moved his wings in. "Crush." Upon uttering that command, two solid and thick walls of condensed wind would slid in on Shin's position quickly to well...crush the Shinigami. As he did that he kept his wings folded around him and spoke a single word "Huracán" Thick and hurricane speed winds surrounded him, turning him into a spinning hurricane force wind of a ball. Inside this sphere, Valintine could feel everything outside. He launched a far more powerful strike of lightning at Shin as his final attack. Valintine had seen enough. It was time to show Shin what he could do now.
